Laura G. Berry, MBA is the Director of Business Development for Blessings International. Blessings International is a registered, FDA approved, 501(c)3 pharmaceutical distributor licensed in 47 States.

The Blessings International mission is to heal the hurting, build healthy communities, and transform lives. Blessings accomplishes this mission by serving as a source of pharmaceuticals, vitamins, and medical supplies for medical mission teams, in-country clinics and hospitals as well as U.S. Charitable Clinics and Pregnancy Crisis Centers. 

Laura has served in the pharmaceutical distribution industry for almost 30 years in both the commercial and non-commercial sector. Laura has a Master in Cross-Cultural Ministries degree from Dallas Theological Seminary as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dallas. Medical missions is a family affair as Laura, her husband, and two children love to serve in medical missions. Laura and her family reside in Dallas, Texas. 

 

Megan Schreiber is the Vice President of TECH.

Megan is the US Director of Haitian Christian Outreach, overseeing all US operations and staff. She leads several teams to Haiti each year and guides medical teams, equipment procurement, and health care partnerships. Since 2009, she has served with many medical missions to various parts of Haiti. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Communicating in Healthcare Administration, Megan has been active in her field for the past 17 years. Megan and her husband, Mike, are the parents of two lovely girls and live in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Barry Reed is the President of TECH.

Barry became Director of Mission Resources at FAME in June 2019. Barry previously served for 10+ years as a campus minister with Campus Students for Christ at his alma mater, Western Illinois University. Barry received his bachelor of accountancy from WIU, and MA at Lincoln Christian University. His first vocational ministry was with Living Hope Christian Church in Downs, Illinois as the Worship Minister, and later, Lead Minister.

As the Director of Mission Resources, Barry oversees the daily activities of the FAME warehouse, assists with donations, coordinates volunteer groups and directs the packing and shipping of medical resources.

Barry is married to Christi and they reside in Shelbyville, IN with their three boys, Gavin, Cooper and Tucker. All three boys are athletically active, and one of Barry’s favorite hobbies is coaching them and their friends. He also enjoys taking them fishing for catfish and on short-term mission trips to Mexico.


Rick King is the Executive Director of CHOSEN, located in Erie, Pennsylvania.

CHOSEN provides medical equipment, technical assistance, manuals, and medical supplies to medical missionaries and indigenous national healthcare workers.  CHOSEN distributes mobility products and assistance locally in Erie and exists to equip Christian healthcare professionals so they will be more effective in presenting the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. 

Rick, and his wife, Ruth, live in Erie, Pennsylvania. 


Jim Loeffler began his electronics career in the US Navy Submarine Force in 1977.  After fifteen years serving as an Electronics Technician, Systems Supervisor, Repair Shop Supervisor, and Technical Instructor, He entered the medical equipment field as a Biomedical Repair Technician assigned to Naval Hospital in Charleston, South Carolina.

After a successful twenty year Naval career, retiring in 1997, Jim held positions as a Laser Field Service Engineer and Biomedical Repair Technician before joining International Aid in 1999 as the Senior Biomed, working his way to Director of Medical Equipment Services Department.  He currently supports CURE International fulltime as Biomedical Advisor to their 8 hospitals in 8 different LMIC countries.

Jim is a leader in his local church as a praise band member, served as Sunday school teacher, various church boards and other areas of need.  He is also currently serving as the TECH Treasurer.

Jim, his beautiful wife Ellen, 3 adult children and 6 awesome grandbabies reside in Michigan.

Dennis McCutcheon  Joined the Navy to see the world in 1971 and got to see Quantico VA (never trust a military recruiter).  He became interested in becoming a Physician’s Assistant while working as a hospital corpsman during his five years active duty in the US Navy.  After PA school he spent the next twenty-two years working in orthopedic practices in West Virginia University and private practice in Asheville NC.  After several short term mission trips in which he had experience with a mobile medical unit in Paraguay, the need to help get appropriate equipment to medical missions began to take shape.  MedEquip Missions began in Jim Moore’s basement garage under the umbrella of Calvary Chapel of Asheville. 

 

The needs of ministry began competing with work and family and out of desire and necessity Dennis went full time into ministry August 10th, 2001.  Dennis says, “TECH came on our radar screen very shortly after starting the ministry and this relationship has been a rich blessing.  It is a joy to serve on the board of a ministry that I believe in so much.”

 

Dennis and his wife, Cindy, are full-time missionaries serving in Guatemala.


 

Thant McManus

Thant is the Director of E3 Catalyst.  E3 Catalyst has been a member of TECH for three years and are involved in disaster relief, local outreach, and international medical missions.

Thant and his wife, Margo, live in North Carolina with near their two adult daughters..


Jim Moore is the Vice President of TECH. A Vietnam Veteran, Jim has made his career as a biomedical technician in Western North Carolina.  In 1996 he and Dennis McCutcheon began MedEquip Missions to support medical work in the mission field. 

In 1998 Jim left Mission/St. Joseph's Medical System and Medequip to serve in full-time ministry with Samaritan's Purse in Boone, North Carolina.  Jim is now retired but still doing consulting work for Samaritan’s Purse.

Jim lives in Lenoir, North Carolina.


Marcia Skelton, RN began her nursing career in 1984.  She is a former psychiatric nurse at the Cleveland Clinic, but her first love is medical missions. 

Marcia is the founder, and president, of Medical Supplies for Christ, a nonprofit ministry located in Ohio that provides medical supplies to missionaries and medical clinics in Third World countries.

Marcia and her husband, Scott, have three children, three grandchildren, one greatgrandchild, and live in Mentor, Ohio and Dunnellon, Florida. 

 

Dr. Jeff Chapman, DO is a health care provider primarily located in Livonia, MI, with another office in Ann Arbor, MI. He has over 25 years of experience. His specialties include Emergency Medicine. Dr. Jeff is the Founder of His Healing Touch Ministries, that sends medical missionary teams throughout the world, providing free medical care, medicines, and glasses...sharing the love and Gospel of Jesus Christ.

In his free time, Dr. Jeff enjoys playing the drums, and plays in the TECH Worship Band at our Spring TECH Conferences.

Dr. Jeff and his wife, Carolyn, live in La Salle, Michigan.

Dr. Trina Wisecup is a family medicine doctor in Dunnellon, Florida. She received her medical degree from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years.

Dr. Trina is Director of I-Med at Indigenous Peoples Technology and Education Center (ITEC). She lives in Dunnellon, Florida


Jennie Wood is the Executive Director of TECH.  She began her service to TECH over twenty years ago by serving as Secretary on the TECH board of directors. 

Jennie has a degree in Psychology, and before joining TECH she worked in finance at Bank of America.

Jennie, and her husband Rick, live in Tennessee and enjoy spending time with their three daughters, three sons-in-law and nine grandchildren.

Richard S. Wood serves full-time as the Executive Director of Worldwide Biomedical Charitable Services.  He consults regularly with medical relief organizations and individuals that provide medical support to hospitals and clinics around the world. 

Prior to his current position, Rick managed the biomedical department at MidMichigan Health, and also served in the technical support department at World Medical Mission, the medical arm of Samaritan’s Purse in Boone, NC. 

Working at Samaritan's Purse provided Rick the opportunity to evaluate, install and service medical equipment in many countries throughout the Americas, Asia, Africa, and Europe.  

Rick majored in Philosophy and Religion at Spring Arbor University and graduated with a BA in Social Science.  He is a Vietnam era veteran who served in the Navy as an electronic technician aboard the USS Nautilus, the first nuclear submarine.   Rick is the grandfather of nine, and lives with his wife Jennie in Sparta, Tennessee.
