TECH SPONSORSHIP AND PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
TECH actively solicits and encourages the business community, service clubs, and other organizations to become sponsors or partners of TECH, its events, programs, and/or services.
TECH enters into sponsorship agreements with businesses that enhance our ability to deliver services and products of those businesses which are consistent with and appropriate to our mission and lines of business. TECH will not solicit or accept a sponsorship from corporate entities whose practices, policies, or operations are deemed unacceptable and contrary to the values implicit in its mission.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, TECH actively solicits partnerships from nonprofit entities whose practices are aligned with the Christian objectives of TECH. TECH’s objective is to improve the quality of healthcare in the developing world so that the Gospel of Jesus Christ may be preached.
TECH reserves the right to refuse or decline any offer of sponsorship and/or partnership at its absolute discretion or to negotiate with the sponsor concerning any aspect of a proposed sponsorship.
