Jim Loeffler began his electronics career in the US Navy Submarine Force in 1977. After fifteen years serving as an Electronics Technician, 
Systems Supervisor, Repair Shop Supervisor, and Technical Instructor, Jim entered the medical equipment field as a Biomedical Repair Technician
assigned to Naval Hospital, Charleston, S.C. After a successful twenty year Naval career, Jim held various positions such as Laser Field Service Engineer and Biomedical Repair Technician before joining International Aid in 1999 as Lead Biomedical Technician.
Jim currently serves as Senior Biomed and equipment procurement specialist for the Medical Equipment Services Department. He is a leader in his local church serving as a young adult Sunday school teacher, praise band member and has served for many years on his home church boards in various positions.
Jim, his beautiful wife Ellen and 3 children reside in Michigan.
Cameron M. Mayhill began his career in 1999 after graduating from Purdue University with a degree in Child Development.
Since 2001, Cameron has served in a variety of different ways with FAME including leading short-term teams, speaking at churches and conferences, and assisting missionaries with starting new medical projects. Cameron's main responsibilities are to work with donors to procure the needed medicine and medical supplies for missionary partners and coordinating distribution logistics for FAME. Cameron also serves as part of the development team in presenting the work of FAME and soliciting support from individuals, churches, and corporations. In 2007, Cameron was ordained by his home church, Common Ground Christian Church.
Cameron and his wife, Jennifer, have two young daughters, Anna and Katie.

Samuel E. Mizener began his career as an industrial arts teacher in Pennsylvania. In 1973 he moved into the field of orthopedics sales for Zimmer, Inc.(one of Bristol Myers Squibb companies) and in 1981 he was appointed distributor for Western Pennsylvania. He served in that capacity until his retirement in 1995.
In the 1980’s and early 1990’s, finding a way for hospitals to dispose of old equipment was often a problem.
It was within this context that Sam learned about the need for used medical equipment in mission hospitals.
He began actively gathering and providing that equipment for several medical relief organizations. He derived great satisfaction from being able to combine his professional work with his long-time interest in missions and service to the body of Jesus Christ. Eventually, he began visiting mission hospitals and discovered that there was also a need for his teaching and mechanical skills. Sam continues to be actively involved with organizations that serve medical missions.
Sam and his wife, Mary Ruth, presently live in Virginia.
Jim Moore is a Vietnam Veteran who has made his career as a biomedical technician in Western North Carolina. In 1996 he and Dennis McCutcheon began MedEquip Missions to support medical work in the mission field.
In 1998 Jim left Mission/St. Joseph's Medical System and Medequip to serve in full-time ministry with Samaritan's Purse in Boone, North Carolina.
Jim and his wife, Mary, live in North Carolina.
Mary Reynolds, a former pastor’s wife for ten years, has been active in various church ministries. In 1988 she re-entered the corporate world until 1995 when God called her to begin working with faith based non-profit organizations.
Mary has served as President of the Illinois Women’s Victory Association, President of the Christian Career Women’s organization and as the Editor of Salt and Light.
While living in Indianapolis, Indiana for 15 years she worked in the faith-based outreach initiatives program of the former Mayor Stephen Goldsmith’s and partnered with Mrs. Goldsmith, chairperson, in a capital campaign to raise funds for Indianapolis’ only “free” inner city clinic. Mary’s pro-active involvement with many of Indianapolis’ inner city organizations won her the prestigious recognition in the Who’s Who of “Women Making an Impact” in Indianapolis.
Mary is a published author, conference speaker and mother/grandmother of four children and ten grandchildren.
Mary is currently employed with King Benevolent Fund in Bristol, Virginia as Corporate Relations and Procurement Manager for International Medical Missions.
Danny Thomas is the Executive Director of Harvest International, a medical relief organization in Ocala, Florida.
Leaving a career in the US Navy, Danny and his wife, Sandra, both agreed that God was calling them to ministry. Danny has been the faithful director of Harvest International since that time.

Jennie Wood is the Executive Director of TECH. She has served on the TECH board of directors as Secretary since 1994.
Jennie has served on the staff of Campus Life, coached Bible quizzing, served seven years as a Deaconess at a Christian & Missionary Alliance church, and has taught a variety of Sunday school classes age child through adult.
Jennie, and her husband Rick, live in Michigan and enjoy spending time with their three daughters, two sons-in-law and five grandchildren.
Richard S. Wood is the Manager of Biomedical Services for MidMichigan Health, a four hospital health system in Central Michigan. He consults regularly with medical relief organizations and individuals that provide medical support to hospitals and clinics around the world.
Prior to his current position, he managed the technical support department at World Medical Mission, the medical arm of Samaritan’s Purse in Boone, NC.
Working at Samaritan's Purse provided Rick the opportunity to evaluate, install and service medical equipment in many countries throughout the Americas, Asia, Africa, and Europe.
Rick began his biomed career with Bio-Sentry Engineering, a biomedical ISO in Southeastern Michigan. He also managed the biomed department at Muskegon General Hospital in West Michigan for nine years. Rick is the President of TECH.
Rick majored in Philosophy and Religion at Spring Arbor University and graduated with a BA in Social Science. He is a Vietnam era veteran who served in the Navy as an electronic technician aboard the Nautilus, the first nuclear submarine. Rick is the grandfather of five, and lives with Jennie, his wife of 34 years, in Midland, Michigan.
Cameron worked for the Mayor of Indianapolis, Stephen Goldsmith, soon after graduation in his faith-based outreach initiatives and then went on to serve as the director for Faith in Action, a caregiving ministry for the elderly and poor. During this time, Cameron also served on the board of directors for Camptown, Inc. and Crosswind Commons HOA.
Jennie has a degree in Psychology, and before joining TECH she worked in finance at Bank of America.
Bill Deans was led by God to serve as the President of Mustard Seed International, where he refuses to draw any salary. You won’t be able to get him to talk much about himself. However, if you initiate a discussion about ways to help little children hear and experience the Gospel of Jesus Christ, his eyes light up.
In the 1990's, Bill personally escorted sixty-five children from Bosnia to America, to twenty four different hospitals where open-heart surgeries were performed at no cost to the needy Bosnian families.
Bill and his wife, Hope, have been married over 29 years with three grown daughters. Together, Bill and Hope also serve in their home church in South Carolina.
Thant McManus is the pastor of Evangel Worship Center. EWC has been a member of TECH for three years and are involved in disaster relief, local outreach, and international medical missions.
Theresa was named State of Illinois Volunteer of the Year 1996. Theresa (husband deceased), her daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren reside in Illinois.
Theresa Schroeder, RN began her nursing career in 1969. She has worked
various positions; emergency room, intensive care, surgery, medical floor. Theresa is currently employed as a RN Casemanager / Quality Management.
Theresa currently serves on the board of In His Service & Crisis Pregnancy Center. She is active in her local church, Underground Railroad & lectures as a Civil War Nurse. Theresa served as past Executive Director of Volunteer Health Clinic for "the working uninsured."
Thant is the Vice President and Chairman of the Board of TECH.
Thant and his wife, Margo, live in North Carolina with their two children.
Rhonda Reed, is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Caring Partners International. A CPA, Rhonda began her career at a multi-national public accounting firm. After accepting Jesus as her Lord and Savior in 1991, Rhonda quickly fell out of love with the corporate world and felt God’s calling towards ministry. In 1993 she joined the staff of Caring Partners.
Rhonda’s duties at Caring Partners are varied – accounting, fundraising, procurement, communications, and short-term team leadership. She enjoys the many
opportunities God has given her to serve Him in unique, exciting ways.
Rhonda and her husband, Adam, live in Middletown, Ohio, where they are active in leadership at their home church, Buckeye Baptist.
Rick King is the Executive Director of CHOSEN, located in Erie, Pennsylvania.
CHOSEN provides medical equipment, technical assistance, manuals, and medical supplies to medical missionaries and indigenous national healthcare workers. CHOSEN exists to equip Christian healthcare professionals so they will be more effective in presenting the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.
